Use Of WriteOff
WriteOff is an expense organization tool operated by JAMSHI Technologies Inc. You may use WriteOff to track expenses, store receipts, create reports, and manage related app features.
No Professional Advice
WriteOff does not provide tax, accounting, legal, financial, or bookkeeping advice. Users are responsible for determining whether an expense qualifies as a deduction or otherwise meets their reporting requirements.
Purchases And Subscriptions
App purchases, lifetime licenses, and subscriptions may be processed through app stores such as Google Play or Apple App Store. Store billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund rules may apply to those transactions.
Local Data And Backups
Users are responsible for managing the expense records, receipts, reports, and backups stored on their devices. Optional Auto Backup can send encrypted backup attachments to a verified backup email, but users remain responsible for keeping access to their devices, app store accounts, and backup email accounts.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse WriteOff, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase or license controls, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual Property
WriteOff, including its name, software, design, and related materials, is owned by JAMSHI Technologies Inc. or its licensors.
Changes
JAMSHI Technologies Inc. may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at https://writeoff.jamshitech.com/terms.
